Rules & How to Play Casino War

Understand how the game works and you'll be ready to go to war!

Game Basics

Casino War uses 6 standard decks of cards (52 cards each). The player and dealer each receive one card face up. The higher card wins. Card rankings from lowest to highest: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, Jack, Queen, King, Ace. Card suits have no bearing on the outcome.

Win Condition

If your card is higher than the dealer's — you win and receive a 1:1 payout (your stake back plus an equal amount in winnings). If the dealer's card is higher — you lose your bet. Simple as that! No complicated side rules to worry about.

The "Tie" Situation — Go to War!

When your card and the dealer's card are of equal value, a "Tie" occurs. This is where the real excitement of Casino War begins. You have two options: Surrender (lose half your bet) or Go to War (doubling your bet and continuing the battle). If you choose Go to War and win — you receive a full payout!

"Tie Bonus" Bet

Casino War at beli77 also offers an optional side bet — Tie Bonus. If you place a Tie bet and a Tie occurs, you receive an exceptional payout of 10:1! While the odds are lower, the payout is highly attractive for players who enjoy higher-risk action.

Strategy & Tips for Playing Casino War

Tips from experienced beli77 players to maximise your winning chances

Casino War doesn't demand a highly complex strategy, but there are a few approaches that can help you manage your bankroll more wisely and extend your playing time at beli77. One important thing to understand is that Casino War carries a house edge of around 2.88% in standard rounds — one of the lowest among all casino games.

A Recommended Action Why
Tie occurs Always Go to War Better EV than surrendering
Tie Bonus Bet Avoid or set a low limit House edge 18% — high risk
Low bankroll Start with the minimum bet Extend your session
After a winning streak Hold steady or raise slightly Don't get greedy — keep your emotions in check
After a losing streak Take a break or lower your bet Avoid chasing losses

The most important tip: when a Tie situation occurs, always choose Go to War. Mathematically, surrendering and losing half your bet is a worse option than taking the risk and continuing the battle. Your odds of winning in a War round are nearly 50-50, so don't let that chance slip away!
